Our Experience
Kandy Jenkins has over 25 years of varied business experience. She holds an MBA from University of Montana where she worked for over twelve years creating and offering programs and classes to the business community of Missoula and throughout the state of Montana. She has worked for a private NASA funded research facility where she was part of trade missions with European countries to bring high tech industries to her home state of Montana. She has experience in the manufacturing industry where she was the human resource and safety director for a food manufacturing plant with over one hundred employees. She has also been an executive in the legal and medical industries; handling benefit plans, employee management, strategy planning and financial duties. Kandy enjoys sharing her passion for business success by helping you and your team to solve problems and give you the tools you need to succeed. She can also partner with you as a team member to continue your business success in the areas of human resources, financial activities, management and business strategies.
Our Approach
Our services include an initial consultation that helps us understand your needs. We are available for a specific project or on a longer term basis for assistance when and where needed. After the consultation, we will give you a quote that includes the overall plan with costs and timeline. We can quote on a project basis or an hourly basis ($115/hour), with an estimated number of hours to complete the project. KJConsulting also offers a monthly retainer plan where identified people in the company can contact us at anytime with questions and/or need for advice and receive a prompt response. The monthly retainer amount is based on the number of employees and owners in the business.
